Many of you have been kind enough to refer business to us without any sort of reward. That's awesome, but we're principled fellas that want to show our appreciation for your trust. And so, we're launching Deputy's first referral programme!
Before we get into the programme itself, and in case you've completely forgotten who we are and what we do (ouch), we'll start off with a quick primer.
We're addressing 3 key problems:

Where deputies come from
We hire the majority of our people from 🇿🇦 South Africa and 🇵🇭 The Philippines. We've hired extensively across these two countries over the last decade. Both host an astonishing density of skilled, hard-working, good-natured people. They're fluent in English, and are comfortable working alternative hours to suit our customer's needs.
The roles we offer
Pricing & Terms
Deputies start at $2,500/m and vary based on required seniority and skill set. We require a minimum 3-month commitment, after which, our agreement renews month-to-month.
Here's where you come in
We're looking to place ±20 deputies by the end of this year, and we're certain that you can help.
What you get
We'll pay you a referral fee for each intro that leads to a successfully converted customer. We'll pay you $1,000 for every deputy that we place with that customer within the first 3 months. For example, if your referral results in 5 deputies being hired in 3 months, you get $5,000.
What deputy customers look like
- ✅ Ready to hire now.
- ✅ Looking to hire someone full-time. We do not do temp placements.
- ✅ Has a clear idea of the output they're expecting from the new hire
How to refer a prospect
- Share a link to the prospect's LinkedIn with Josh or Philip, along with any other context prior to making an intro
- Once we've checked it out and verified that we can help, we'll ask you to for an email/Whatsapp intro (josh@donebydeputy.com + philip@donebydeputy.com).
- We'll handle everything from there, and will keep you posted on the results.
